SESSION DURATION >> Roughly 45 minutes to complete Every space is unique. Challenges accepted! PRIOR TO PHOTO SESSION >> Ensure property is photo ready! ** Check out our Home Prep checklist for tips on every space of the home to prepare for your session. A free PDF checklist is available for download. ** TRAVEL FEES *No travel charges for properties within the Kitsap county Peninsula *Any properties outside of the Kitsap county Peninsula that requires a Toll Charge or Ferry Ride will include those costs in the final price. *If a property is too far, it may be cancelled. RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATIONS Rescheduling and cancelling appointments 24 hours prior to a scheduled photo session is free of charge.
